The Castle Rock Community Bandstand & Experience Douglas County Interactive Arts/Culture Calendar
The Castle Rock Community Bandstand
Years ago, Castle Rock had a bandstand that stood in front of the old County Courthouse. In 2004, Douglas County Libraries and several generous community businesses, organizations and individuals brought the sweet sounds of family entertainment back to the heart of downtown Castle Rock with the construction of the Castle Rock Community Bandstand at Philip S. Miller Library (100 South Wilcox Street). Douglas County Libraries and the Town of Castle Rock have partnered to open the Bandstand for performances, art exhibits and other forms of cultural entertainment.
